I want to return this power bank

Where the product. I ordered it on 14 April and they said it will be delivered by 28th of April but then date changed to 3rd and now its showing 9th

The power bank color is good, it is useful but when we use the power bank the led light lits up and a wide area of power looks empty. It does not give a premium look to the power. Also the delivery time was very delayed. I ordered this and the delivery date was 22 April you guys stretched it toll 30th April. Please look into this. Thank you
