Shipping & Return Policy

We understand that everyone who orders from us is eager to receive their products as soon as possible and we do our best to make this happen. We offer free shipping on all orders placed on www.havein.in

  • Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  • After order is placed by customer we will sent confirmation message on wats app or an IVR call for confirmation of product ,address and payment method .
  • And while doing confirmation if we find customer address is insufficient or any issue with order or its confirmation process then we can keep customer order on hold and it will be customer duty to contact us back regarding there order.
  • We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5-7 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, Havein uses only reputable courier partners.
  • While Havein attempts to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
  • All orders are shipped with an invoice from Havein. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may submit a ticket by filling out this simple form at havein360@gmail.com 
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
  • At the time of delivery if customer is not available at given address then it will be customers duty to manage delivery of order . And Havein is not eligible for RTO charges and not eligible even for sending order again .
  • Customer needs to pay again shipping charges if they failed to accept order.
  • And for Partial COD & Prepaid order  customer is not eligible for any types of refund if they miss to accept delivery at the time courier boy attempt delivery .
  • A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order  on havein360@gmail.com This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Havein Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at havein360@gmail.com with your order ID and images of the product. Havein will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
  • If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at havein360@gmail.com, mentioning your order ID.Havein will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately After verifying all details from customer side and courier side.
  • If our delivery partner attempt delivery at your given address and if its undelivered due to No one is present to accept or address in not correct . And your order is back to us . Then we will only refund you  product amount . We will not refund you shipping amount .

Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
  • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • Customer Need to make a proper Video At time of delivery .
  • Video should clearly show packaging before opening and all side of seals need to be shown in video if any part is not shown properly video will be rejected  . And no seal should be broken or damaged .And package should be open while making video . 
  • Video should be in one shot and one angle no cut should be there .
  • For Returning product Customer has to bear Two way shipping charge if fault is not of Havein side .
  • And if there is a issue with delivered product .And after investigation if we find fault is from Havein side then we will pay full amount to customer with 2 side shipping charge .And no other extra charges will be given by Havein. Refund will be proceeded only after we receive return order .
  • And refund will be proceeded only after we receive product and check it . 
  • Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a HaveIn team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by HaveIn.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact customer should arrange its courier .
  • A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
    • Customer is not happy with the look of a defect free product
    • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
    • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
    • 1. Exclusive Collection & Pre-Booking

      Items listed under our Exclusive Collection are available on a pre-order basis only.

      • Payment Requirement: Only Prepaid payment methods are accepted for pre-booked orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for this collection.

      • Delivery Timeline: Due to the exclusive nature of these products, the estimated delivery time is 15–20 days from the date of order.

      • No Cancellation: Once a pre-booked order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

      2. Replacement and Refund Policy

      We take great pride in our quality, but we acknowledge that errors can occur during transit.

      • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.

      • Unboxing Video: To process a claim for damage or a wrong item, a clear unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the package is mandatory.

      • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited exclusively to your Store Wallet Balance. These credits can be used for future purchases on our website and are not transferable to bank accounts or original payment methods.

      3. General Shipping & Delivery

      • While we aim to deliver within the 15–20 day window for pre-booked items, please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays caused by logistics or customs are outside of our immediate control.

      • Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched from our facility.

      4. User Conduct & Accounts

      • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and passwords.

      • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

      5. Intellectual Property

      All content on this website, including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of our brand and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

      6. Limitation of Liability

      The brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

      7. Changes to Terms

      We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Warranty & Claim 

  • Products which are will cover warranty will be mention in Title and description .
  • If warranty details are not mentioned on Title or Descriotion then that item does not carry any warranty .
  • Products which does not carry warranty , we will provide support only for 24-48hours of delivery date and time . 
  • And product which carries warranty will be provided support as per warranty time frame .

Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.

Once the product is received, it will be inspected by our quality team. If an issue is confirmed, a replacement will be provided. However, if no issue is found with the product, the same item will be shipped back to the customer. In such cases, one-side courier charges will be borne by the customer. 

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

  • Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them. And if you place a partial COD or a Prepaid order , customer should cancel order before getting dispatched  . If customer raise a cancellation request after dispatch ,then there will be no cancellation could be proceeded . And no refund can be proceed .

Havein offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us at havein360@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. Havein will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.
We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item or have quality issue.

And if customer wants to return product under condition of wrong order place by customer or quality issue in which there is no mistake from Havein side then both side shipping charges customer has to bare . And we will refund only product amount . 
We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.
Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.
What are the conditions for Replacement Or Refund?
As explained earlier, to be eligible for free replacement, return, refund of any item – buyer must product an authenticated unboxing video which can support buyer’s claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without unboxing video.
Free replacements or refund can be requested if the following conditions apply:

Item received is physically damaged; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)

Item received has missing parts or accessories; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)

Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on Havein.in; 

Item received is defective/does not work properly. (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)

If we have stock issue , or we cant dispatch order then Havein can cancel order and customer is eligible for full refund as much they have paid .
